Want to only pause your membership for a little while? Send us an email and let us know the start and end dates of the pause, and we’ll be happy to adjust your account.
Please note that, as per our membership agreement, if a cancellation request is received less than 14 days before the membership renewal date, the next month’s fee will still be charged.
